Making fresh pasta is one of those things that has always been a mystery to me. Just a couple ingredients – it looks so easy! But I’ve never been able to get it right.

    That’s why pasta in Italy (and food in general) is totally different than in any other place. Nobody goes to such extent or puts as much dedication in it.
